A multi-disciplinary artist based in rural Victoria, my work focuses on the natural environment and our place within it. After graduating National Art School (FA painting) in the 70’s, early working life began with a grounding in theatre arts at the Australian Opera leading on to a freelance career for many years as a sculptor, scenic artist, costume maker, designer and teacher. Much of this experience informs my personal practice to this day and my gravitation towards varied mediums and processes.
